Best Performing Turbo?
To be honest, if you compare apples to apples, they are all within 5% of each other.If you look closely at the specifications of the turbochargers, you’ll see that they always have 1-2mm differences in wheel size.
Knowing this, it’s difficult to tell which manufacturer produces the finest turbochargers. Simply expanding the wheels exducer and pushing the turbo to a higher trim would favour better efficiency at higher boost levels, say 30+ psi, while sacrificing efficiency at lower P.R. levels. Select whatever offers the finest value or works well for your precise condition.
