AIR CLEANER PLUGGED:

This causes the compressor housing to be vacuumed and oil passes through the screen. This is particularly evident when the engine idles for a long time. The compressor housing is pressed sufficiently to hold the screen and oil when the engine is operating with the load. This problem should be avoided if the air cleaner is serviced at specified intervals.

EXCESSIVE CRANKCASE PRESSURE

The oil is actually driven past the scales when excessive air pressure comes out of a crankcase. Oil is often detected with this sort of issue in both the compressor and the turbine housing. If you suspect crankcase breakdown, the inspection of the crankcase respirator is an excellent starting point. If it is connected, the pressure will be tremendous. If it is not clogged, but an excessive quantity of air seems to flow, it might indicate that the seal between the piston rings and the cylindrical line was damaged. The motor must have a reconstruction kit fitted in this scenario.

TURBINE SIDE LEAKS

DRAIN LINE RESTRICTION:

If the oil drain line is restricted, the oil is likely to be returned to the container. There are a number of issue places to check if you believe this is happening. Look at the extra silicone drain gasket that could have penetrated the line. You may also inspect if a silicone rubber part of the drainpipe is there. It can expand from oil contact and produce a blockage if the line has been replaced with a normal heating tube. It must be replaced by a silicone hose which is resistant to oil.

VALVE GUIDE SEALS OR PISTON RING FAILURE:

The exhaust manifold should be removed if the valve guide screws the cylinder head through oil or if piston rings permit oil to flow. The exhaust pipe goes from the exhaust collector via the turbine box. This is a fairly prevalent problem and has led to unnecessary changes in many turbochargers. The turbo looks quite strange and seems to leak outside and inside. This may be diagnosed excellent by adding fluorescent oil tint to the oil.
